About Me
After retiring from a fulfilling career - first as a Social Worker in my early years and later as a Computer Scientist and Data Engineer - I vowed never to spend a full winter in Ohio again! I began by escaping to Belize in the colder months, and before long, I broadened my travels to other countries. In the process, I discovered a newfound passion: photography.
Pursuing these intertwined passions has allowed me to explore history, culture, and nature while capturing breathtaking landscapes and interesting architecture through my lens. I’ve discovered I truly love recording images of my travel experiences - whether it’s a photo of a delicious meal, iconic landmarks, or the unique atmosphere and “feel” of each destination.
I’m always on the lookout for opportunities to capture the beauty of the world around me, no matter the location. I’ve learned that “traveling” doesn't always mean going far - it can be as simple as a quick fifteen-minute drive from home. Whether it’s a peaceful forest trail, a breathtaking sunset, or a beautiful body of water, I strive to share my love of nature through my photographs.
Beyond photography, I look forward to sharing my experiences and the beauty I’ve encountered with others. My hope is to inspire you to see the world in a new light. Thank you for visiting - I’m excited to share this journey with you!
